How long does migration take? Will we have downtime?
Most multi-site migrations are completed in 2 weeks with no downtime. By running old and new systems in parallel during changeover, your team can keep working on existing numbers throughout the migration. Your assigned Dedicated Success Manager will manage the full process from the first call to live deployment.
What does “fully managed” actually mean?
“Fully managed” means TRUENAV takes care of everything. We manage scoping, hardware procurement, installation, training and ongoing support. Unless you want to, you won’t have to touch the system yourself. You also get 24/7 Silver Remote Support included from day one at no extra charge.
Is R65/extension/month the full cost? What’s not included?
At just R65 per extension per month, you get: VoIP trunk, cloud hosting, full management, 24/7 Silver Remote Support, TMS (Telephony Management System), and a Dedicated Success Manager. If you need physical headsets, these are quoted separately. Every other aspect is bundled into the monthly rate.
What if we want to leave?
We offer month-to-month contract options if you’re uncertain about locking in for a full term. Standard term contracts include a full rate lock, meaning your price never increases for the duration of the contract. If you’re on a term and want to leave, we can have an honest conversation about your options with no small print traps.
Will it work across all our sites — different cities, different setups?
Yes. TRUENAV specialises in multi-site deployments across South Africa. As the system is cloud-hosted on a Tier 1 data centre, you aren’t limited by geography. As industry experts, we’ve deployed for businesses with just two sites and businesses with 20+ sites across Cape Town, Gauteng and beyond.
