How much will I actually save compared to Telkom fixed lines?
This will depend on your setup, but typically, clients replacing 5-10 Telkom POTS lines save between R1,500 and R4,000 per month. At R55 per extension, you only have to pay for what you use. There are also no monthly PBX hosting fees, and we charge nothing for internal branch-to-branch calls. We are happy to give you a side-by-side comparison in your quote.
What happens to our phone if the internet goes down?
Every setup is designed with connectivity redundancy in mind. If your main fibre line fails, we are able to route calls via a backup LTE/4G connection automatically. Additionally, we offer fixed wireless and microwave connectivity options. A dedicated account manager will help you decide on the right failover system for your risk profile.
How long does migration take — and will my business be disrupted?
You can typically expect migrations to be completed in 48 hours. We do all cutover work after hours, generally starting from 18:00. Your team can then arrive the next morning to a fully functional cloud PBX. As industry experts, we’ve done this hundreds of times, and zero lost business days is our standard.
Is "month-to-month" really month-to-month? What are the hidden fees?
Yes, it is really month-to-month. There are no 12 or 24-month contracts. Your quote shows exactly what you will pay per extension, per month, as well as what’s included (VoIP trunk, 24/7 Silver support, installation, and a dedicated account manager). Optional add-ons include call recording for R30 per month and porting fees if you would like to keep your existing numbers.
What exactly does 24/7 Silver support include?
24/7 Silver is remote support available at all hours of the day. We can diagnose and resolve most issues without the need for a site visit. If there are hardware or connectivity issues that need on-site attendance, we’ll escalate to our field team. Your dedicated account manager is your first point of contact, and you won’t have to deal with a call centre ticketing system.
